I had the most amazing end to end experience with Best Decks LLC. After horrific encounter and inflated estimate from another contractor, I found Owner Matt on Nextdoor. Within a few hours of connecting, I was contacted by PM Gary who was kind and very knowledgeable. The estimate was more than fair. We ultimately had all suggested repairs completed and they did not disappoint. Gary provided a timeline which he and his team stuck to. They were on timely, kept the space clean and his team was well mannered and hard working. Communication was impeccable and the finished product stunning.

I hired this deck-building company because my backyard looked like a place where weeds went to retire. A few weeks later, I had a beautiful deck so nice that my grill started acting more confident. The crew showed up on time, worked hard, and somehow managed to answer all my questions—even the ridiculous ones. They were professional, friendly, and didn’t laugh when I asked if the deck could support “a reasonable amount of burgers.” The finished product is solid, level, and looks fantastic. My neighbors have suddenly become very interested in visiting, which is either a testament to the craftsmanship or a sign they’re after free food. If you’re looking for a deck builder that does quality work, communicates well, and transforms your backyard from “meh” to “where’s the party?”, I highly recommend them. My only complaint is that now I have no excuse for avoiding outdoor chores.
